Tour trip note
The trekking day:A typical trekking day start at about 8.30 am after breakfast. Lunch times can vary depending on the terrain. We aim to reach thenext overnight stop by 4.30 or 5. During the trek we will have short breaks for rest, snack and photographing.
Food:
All meals which are indicated in the itinerary, are included in the price of this trip. Picnic lunch would be prepared by a localrestaurant. The emphasis will be on healthy and nutritious fresh local produce. Please inform us if you have any special dietaryrequirement.
The transfers:
In Hanoi, Our guide will accompany you to the train to show you your cabin and tell you how to deal with night train traveling inVietnam.In Lao Cai, our guide will meet you at Lao Cai Railway Station in the morning of the first day. He also sees you off at Lao CaiRailway Station on the third day.When you get back to Hanoi on day 4, you can easily find a taxi to get to your hotel.
What to bring:
Trekking boot, sun block, hat, anti-insect repellent, sunglasses, rain coat, toiletries, original passport.

Homestay – the unique experience:
On the Northwest Mountain Villages tour, you will need to hike five or six hours per day along a scenic valley to reach a smallcluster of ethnic minority villages located in remote area around Sapa. Homestay is really highlights of tour that give you uniqueexperience to discover life and culture of ethnic minorities. Homestay in villages is simple in term of bedding condition and toilet,clean and located beside a spring with a good view. We will sleep on beds with mattress, clean sheet, pillows and mosquito nets.Toilet is usually flush-style. The hosts are very friendly and eager to please. Usually, the host family or guide will cook meals foryou, but will not join in out of respect for the guests. If you prefer to them to eat with you, you need to ask the guide in advance to
make the arrangements
