AM: 8h00 Departure. For the start of the tour journey visit by coach trip along the Hanoi Old Quarter. We will take you past Hoan Kiem Lake, se the peaceful waters, and visit Ngoc Son temple. Then visit Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and Museum. Enjoy the architecture and historical aspects of Uncle Ho'’ final resting-place. Just next door is Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts. Lying to one side of Mausoleum is the One Pillar Pagoda, founded by King Ly Thai Toin 1049 the structure has become an impartant symbol for the people of Hanoi.
Continue to visit the Quan Thanh Temple ( Taoist, dating from Ly dynasty) and Buddhist Tran Quoc Pagoda on West lake (One of the oldest in Vietnam). For lunch, enjoy Vietnamese traditional food in a converted colonial villa.
PM: After lunch proceed to visit the Ethology Museum, continue to visit Literature Temple and Quoc Tu Giam. Vietnam’s first university constructed in 1070, it’s gardens and well-preserved architecture offers a relaxing glimpse into Vietnam’s past.
16:00: Relax and explore the traditional performance art of vietnamese with the show "mua roi nuoc" Roi Nuoc is a traditional Vietnamese performance art using colorfully painted and costumed wooden puppets. They most closely resemble marionettes, with jointed arms, legs and heads.
Roi Nuoc are controlled by a puppeteer by way of long poles that are hidden under water. The stage is a small pool, with a scenic backdrop, hiding the puppeteers. Performances are based on traditional folklore or historical events. Music and audio, either recorded or live, accompany the performances.
